R2G was founded 2006 by Peter Sommerer a well-known business lawyer in Austria. The first financial engagement was taken in 2007 and in the meantime R2G is an established company business with a strong record of investment cases. In 2010 Walter Hennemann, an experienced business development executive has taken over the General Manager role.The aim of R2G is to take a meaningful stake in companies with a strong and specific market offering, sometimes lacking the necessary experience and management bandwidth to fully leverage these assets
